Barbara Ann Corcoran

 Barbara Ann Corcoran is an American businesswoman from America. The Corcoran Group was a New York City real estate brokerage that she started. NRT purchased it for $66million in 2001. Corcoran later left the business. Corcoran was a participant in 12 of ABC's Shark Tank seasons. In February 2020, Corcoran had made 53 deals, with the biggest being a $350,000 investment that was able to cover 40% of Coverplay. Corcoran was the second child in a family of 10 kids and was raised in Edgewater. Florence Corcoran was Florence's mom and was a homemaker. Edwin W. Corcoran Jr. became her father throughout Corcoran's early years. Sometimes, the family relied on the delivery of food that was free from a local grocer. Corcoran remembers her fatheras who was a drunk at times excessively, and treated her mother in a manner that was disrespectful and condescendingly, especially after he'd had some drinks. Corcoran was a troubled pupil throughout her schooling. Later, she discovered she was dyslexic. Corcoran entered high school at St. Cecilia High School Englewood after having attended a Catholic elementary school. Corcoran was proficient in a variety of courses during her first year. She was transferred to Leonia High School and graduated with a grade of D.
